What You’ll Do:

As part of our travel support team, your responsibilities in this Travel Account Representative job include:

• Assisting customers with flight and hotel bookings, cancellations, and rebookings.

• Providing accurate information on travel products, destinations, and policies.

• Handling complaints or travel interruptions with professionalism and empathy.

• Using booking systems to manage reservations efficiently.

• Staying updated on travel regulations, safety protocols, and airline procedures.

• Ensuring customer data is protected in compliance with data privacy laws.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of college completed or a K-12 graduate.

• 1–2 years of BPO or call center experience.

• Good to average English communication skills.

• Willingness to work on-site in Bridgetown, Quezon City.
