What You’ll Do

As a Financial Account Representative, your responsibilities include:

• Answering customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and financial product details

• Managing account modifications, including setting up new accounts and updating client information

• Helping clients understand the terms and benefits of financial products and services

• Escalating unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals and service performance benchmarks

Minimum Qualifications

• No previous BPO experience required

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate

• Good to average English communication skills

• Willing to work onsite at Bridgetown, Quezon City
