What You’ll Do

As a Collections Account Representative, your primary responsibility is to assist customers through chat support. Your tasks will include:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining efficiency.
• When necessary, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Recognize opportunities to retain customers by presenting alternative solutions, promoting special offers, or recommending service upgrades tailored to their needs.
• Follow all regulatory and company policies related to customer privacy, data security, and compliance requirements.
• This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, non-voice communication and delivering excellent customer service.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with:

• • No previous BPO experience required

  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate

  • Good to average English writing and communication skills

  • Willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong City

  • A strong interest in customer service and digital communication
