What You’ll Do as an Sales Account Representative

As an Sales Account Representative, you’ll support customers by handling their concerns. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer questions and offer precise details about products, services, and promotions.

• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products or services to fulfill them.

• Oversee and maintain customer accounts to uncover potential sales opportunities or enhancements.

• Review sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• With at least 6 months of call center experience (International Voice) in SALES
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
• Familiarity with insurance terms is a plus
