What You’ll Do as a Financial Technical Support Representative

As a Financial Technical Support Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers dealing with technical and account-related concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with account access, payment issues, and general financial transactions

• Troubleshooting system errors or issues related to fintech tools or services

• Explaining billing processes, digital payments, and security protocols clearly

• Ensuring each customer interaction meets financial regulations and company compliance standards

This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals with strong customer service skills and a passion for financial technology.

Who We’re Looking For

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• At least college level education

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a fintech account)

• At least 1 year of call center experience

• Must be 18 years old or above

• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

• Flexibility with scheduling (day/night shifts)
