What You’ll Do as a Premium Telco Representative

As part of the Premium Telco Account, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with billing, account updates, plan upgrades, and service concerns

  • Providing accurate information and troubleshooting support

  • Handling inquiries through phone, chat, or email channels

  • Ensuring excellent customer experience with every interaction

  • Coordinating with internal teams for escalations and service resolutions

Who We’re Looking For

To qualify, candidates must meet the following:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old

  • With or without BPO experience (experience is a plus)

  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum), SHS Graduate, or College Level

  • Strong English communication and customer service skills

  • Willingness to work onsite in Muntinlupa

  • Interest in telecommunications and high-value account support
