What You’ll Do as a Premium Telco Representative
As part of the Premium Telco Account, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with billing, account updates, plan upgrades, and service concerns

Providing accurate information and troubleshooting support

Handling inquiries through phone, chat, or email channels

Ensuring excellent customer experience with every interaction

Coordinating with internal teams for escalations and service resolutions

Who We’re Looking For
To qualify, candidates must meet the following:

Minimum age of 18 years old

With or without BPO experience (experience is a plus)

High School Graduate (Old curriculum), SHS Graduate, or College Level

Strong English communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work onsite in Muntinlupa
