What You’ll Do as a Food Delivery Account Representative

As a Food Delivery Support Representative, your responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with food delivery concerns such as orders, payments, and courier tracking
Coordinating with riders and restaurants to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
Handling escalations and providing accurate, friendly resolutions
Managing customer requests via chat, email, or phone (depending on account assignment)
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old
With or without BPO experience
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Willing to work onsite in Makati
Strong English communication and typing skills
Customer-oriented and comfortable handling delivery-related concerns
