What You’ll Do as a Retail CSR Representative

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries, order concerns, returns, exchanges, and retail account questions

• Handling customer concerns professionally via company-supported channels

• Providing accurate information and appropriate solutions while meeting service quality standards

• Processing customer requests, documenting interactions, and updating records

• Achieving performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

Who We’re Looking For

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have with or without BPO experience (3+ months is an advantage)

• Be a High School Graduate (Old curriculum accepted)

• Have strong English communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City

  • Have a genuine interest in retail customer service
