What You’ll Do as a Travel Account CSR
As a Travel Account Customer Service Representative, you will:
✈️ Assist customers with booking inquiries, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns
📅 Provide accurate information on flights, accommodations, travel requirements, and schedules
📞 Handle issues related to booking errors, delays, refunds, and rebooking requests
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for escalations and service resolutions
📝 Process customer requests, document interactions, and update booking records
📊 Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, accuracy, and productivity

Who We’re Looking For
Applicants must:
✔️ Be at least 18 years old
✔️ Have with or without BPO experience (3+ months in BPO/travel account is an advantage)
✔️ Be a High School Graduate (Old curriculum accepted)
✔️ Have good English communication skills
✔️ Be willing to work onsite in Pasay City
✔️ Have attention to detail and a genuine interest in the travel industry
