What You’ll Do as a Sales Representative (CSR)

As a Sales Representative, you will:

💼 Assist customers with product/service inquiries and recommend suitable solutions
📞 Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to promote company offerings
🛒 Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales
🤝 Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
📝 Process orders, document interactions, and update customer records
📊 Meet sales targets, service level metrics, conversion goals, and quality standards

Who We’re Looking For

Applicants must:

✔️ Be at least 18 years old
✔️ Have with or without BPO experience (sales experience is an advantage)
✔️ Be a High School Graduate (Old curriculum accepted)
✔️ Possess strong English communication and persuasive skills
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Makati City 
✔️ Have confidence, drive, and a customer-focused attitude
