What You’ll Do as a Travel Agent

As a Travel Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

Deliver precise details regarding travel products, policies, and procedures.
Handle and resolve customer concerns, travel interruptions, and any issues that may occur during booking or travel.
Stay informed about booking systems, travel regulations, and industry developments.
Safeguard customer privacy and ensure data is managed in accordance with data protection laws.

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old
With or Without experience
High School Graduate (Old curriculum)
Willingness to work onsite in Malate
Strong English communication and typing skills
An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
