Who We’re Looking For

You’re a strong fit for Sales & Client Acquisition if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are a High School (Old curriculum) graduate, SHS graduate, or College level/graduate
  • Have good English communication skills and a confident speaking voice
  • Are comfortable with persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling
  • Are willing to work onsite in one of our Telesys locations
  • Can work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
  • Are motivated by targets, incentives, and performance-based rewards
  • With or without BPO sales experience — but sales or CSR background is a big advantage

If you’ve done telemarketing, upselling, real estate, insurance selling, or commission-based work before, this track is especially suited to you.

Sales Representative Job Description

Depending on the account, you may:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products and services
  • Handle inbound calls with opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or renew subscriptions
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions in a clear and confident way
  • Listen to customer needs and match them with the best offer or plan
  • Handle objections professionally and guide customers toward informed decisions
  • Update customer records, call outcomes, and follow-up details in a CRM or system

Work towards targets such as sales quota, conversion rate, retention, and call handling metrics
