Who We’re Looking For

This track is a strong match if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are a High School (Old curriculum) graduate, SHS graduate, or College level/graduate
  • Have good English communication skills, especially for explaining travel rules clearly
  • Are patient, resourceful, and able to handle sensitive travel situations calmly
  • Are willing to work onsite in one of our Telesys locations
  • Can work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays (since travel is 24/7)
  • With or without BPO experience — travel or hospitality background is a plus
  • Are comfortable handling time-sensitive requests or urgent travel scenarios

Applicants with experience in hotels, airlines, tourism, reservations, or customer service are highly suited for this category.

Travel Account Job Description

Depending on the account, you may:

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, rebooking, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Help with hotel reservations, room requests, or accommodation concerns
  • Support travelers with itinerary updates, fare rules, travel policies, and payment adjustments
  • Provide destination or travel information such as airport procedures, baggage rules, or check-in guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal departments like ticketing, reservations, or hotel partners
  • Handle voice, chat, or email interactions depending on the workflow
  • Document customer concerns accurately and follow up on pending requests
