What You’ll Do as a Telco Account Representative

As a Telco Account Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Recognize opportunities to retain customers by presenting alternative solutions, special offers, or service upgrades that align with their needs.

  • Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements related to customer privacy, data security, and compliance standards.

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old

  • AFresher

  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

  • Willingness to work onsite in Pasay

  • Strong English communication and typing skills
