What You’ll Do as a Sales Account Representative

As a Sales Account (CSR), your key responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer questions and offer precise details about products, services, and promotions.

• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products or services to fulfill them.

• Oversee and maintain customer accounts to uncover potential sales opportunities or enhancements.

• Review sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or Without experience

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willingness to work onsite in Makati

• Strong English communication and typing skills

• An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
