What You’ll Do as a Healthcare Account CSR

As a Healthcare CSR, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle inbound healthcare-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Assist with benefit explanations, eligibility verification, and claims status

• Provide accurate and compliant information while following healthcare policies

• Document customer interactions accurately in the system

• Escalate complex or sensitive concerns when necessary

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
  

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or Without experience

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong

• Strong English communication and typing skills

• An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
