JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent – Travel Account to support customers with airline reservations, hotel bookings, and travel-related concerns. In this role, you will act as a customer service representative handling travel account inquiries such as flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and hotel reservations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls for airline reservations, hotel bookings, and travel package inquiries
• Assist customers with booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations
• Provide accurate travel information and resolve customer concerns related to travel accounts
• Document all interactions accurately in the system
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  
• Meet performance targets in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING

This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires in our travel account program.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
  
• Open to applicants with no BPO experience; call center hiring for fresh graduates is available
  
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Interest in travel and helping customers plan their trips
  
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and adapt to shifting schedules
