Collections Account Representative
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a collections account representative, your daily tasks will focus on resolving overdue accounts and maintaining positive customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in helping customers settle outstanding balances while protecting the company’s financial interests.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts

Negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with company policies

Update customer account information accurately in the system
- Handle customer disputes professionally, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Log all interactions and resolutions clearly for future reference and compliance tracking.

Applicants must have completed at least the second year of college (undergraduate level). - Relevant Experience
We require at least 2 years of experience in a collections or financial BPO environment to ensure you’re equipped to handle the pace and expectations of the role.
