Key Responsibilities as a Healthcare Account Representative:

  • Assist with Healthcare-Related Processes: Help verify insurance coverage, check the status of medical claims, and resolve billing or account concerns.
  • Ensure Confidentiality and Compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and internal company policies to safeguard all personal health information.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document call outcomes, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system for reference, tracking, and compliance.

Qualifications for Healthcare Account Representative Jobs in Parañaque:
