What You’ll Do

As a Healthcare Account Representative, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring precise and transparent communication about healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointment scheduling

• Promptly and effectively addressing customer concerns, including billing issues, insurance claims, and service-related complaints

• Accurately recording and updating patient details in the healthcare management system

• Informing customers of any updates or modifications to healthcare policies, procedures, or insurance plans

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, compassionate, and eager to help people navigate their healthcare options.

Who We’re Looking For

• We’re looking for candidates with:
• No prior BPO experience required
• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
• Good to average English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City
• Passion for customer care and the healthcare industry
