What You’ll Do as a Captioning CSR

As a Captioning Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with inquiries related to captioning services, transcription requests, and account concerns

• Provide support for issues involving caption accuracy, timing errors, missing subtitles, or file submission problems

• Guide users through platform features such as uploading media, requesting captions, or reviewing delivered files

• Coordinate with internal teams (quality assurance, captioning specialists, and technical support) for escalations and timely resolutions

• Document customer interactions, update request records, and ensure proper handling of service tickets

• Deliver accurate information while following company guidelines, captioning standards, and data-handling protocols

• Meet performance metrics such as quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Who We’re Looking For

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have with or without BPO experience (captioning/transcription account experience is a plus)

• Be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum accepted)

• Have good English communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite in Taguig City

• Have strong listening skills, attention to detail, and genuine interest in media and captioning services
