JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent for a Sales Account to handle customer interactions, promote products and services, and assist customers in completing purchases or subscriptions in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for sales account call center jobs in Manila and BPO sales opportunities with at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience, offering strong growth potential in sales and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs
• Assist customers in placing orders, subscriptions, or upgrades
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Open to career shifters with relevant experience
• Confident and persuasive communication skills
• Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
