Who We’re Looking For
You’re a good fit for this track if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are a High School (Old curriculum) or SHS graduate, or College level/graduate
- Have strong English communication skills and can explain information clearly
- Are comfortable handling numbers, details, and structured workflows
- Are able to follow policies and scripts precisely, especially for security and verification
- Are willing to work onsite in our Telesys locations
- Can work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required by the account
- With or without previous BPO experience — but experience in banking, finance, or insurance is a big advantage
If you’ve worked in payments, banking, lending, collections, or insurance before (even non-BPO), this area is especially suitable.
Job description:
Depending on the account, you may:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balances, statements, and transaction history
- Help resolve payment issues, declined transactions, refunds, and charge-related concerns
- Provide information about policies, benefits, coverage, and claims status for insurance accounts
- Guide customers through identity verification, security checks, and account updates
- Document every interaction carefully in CRM or banking systems
- Follow strict data privacy, security, and compliance guidelines at all times
- Escalate complex or suspicious cases to the appropriate department or fraud/security teams
- Meet KPIs such as accuracy, compliance adherence, quality scores, and customer satisfaction
