Who We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit for this category if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are a High School (Old curriculum) graduate, SHS graduate, or College level/graduate
  • Have strong English communication skills
  • Are familiar with PC, console, or mobile gaming
  • Can follow structured support flows and provide step-by-step guidance
  • Are willing to work onsite in one of our Telesys locations
  • Can work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays
  • With or without BPO experience — as long as you understand gaming basics and can handle customer concerns professionally

Applicants with experience in gaming moderation, e-sports, tech support, or player community management have a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do in Gaming & Interactive Entertainment

Depending on the account, you may:

  • Assist players with game account issues, password resets, login errors, and authentication concerns
  • Provide support for gameplay questions, in-game purchases, rewards, or item-related issues
  • Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, lag, or compatibility problems
  • Process reports, appeals, and community tickets following platform guidelines
  • Review content or user-generated interactions for violations or inappropriate behavior
  • Communicate with players via chat, email, or voice, depending on the account
  • Document cases accurately in the CRM or support system

Collaborate with other support teams like technical, moderation, QA, or development team escalations
