What You’ll Do as a Insurance Associate

As a Insurance Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• • Assist customers with policy and account-related inquiries such as coverage details, billing questions, premium payments, and basic claims status updates

  • Verify customer information and handle account updates while following strict data privacy and compliance procedures

  • Explain insurance terms, plan options, and next steps in a clear, professional way

  • Document interactions accurately in the system and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed

  • Provide timely, customer-focused resolutions while meeting quality and performance standards

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa

• Strong English communication and typing skills
