What You’ll Do as an Insurance Specialist

As an Insurance Specialist, you’ll support customers by handling their insurance-related concerns. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients through the claims process, from submission to status updates

• Explaining billing procedures, accepted payment methods, and policy renewals clearly and professionally

• Ensuring all customer communications comply with industry regulations and company policies

Who We’re Looking For
