What You’ll Do as a Shipping & Logistics CSR

As a Shipping & Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with shipment status inquiries, tracking updates, delivery schedules, and logistic concerns

• Handle concerns related to lost, delayed, or damaged packages

• Coordinate with internal departments for escalations, follow-ups, and service resolutions

• Provide accurate information and solutions following company and logistics compliance standards

• Process customer requests, document interactions, and update shipment records

• Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, accuracy, and productivity

Who We’re Looking For

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have with or without BPO experience (3+ months BPO/logistics account experience is an advantage)

• Be a High School Graduate (Old curriculum accepted)

• Have good English communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

• Have attention to detail and a genuine interest in logistics operations
