What You’ll Do as a Nonvoice Agent

As a Nonvoice Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling text-based customer inquiries through chat or email

  • Assisting customers with telecom-related concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Providing accurate information and solutions while maintaining quality standards

  • Managing nonvoice escalations and ensuring timely resolution

  • Updating customer records and documenting interactions accurately

  • Meeting productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics


Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old

  • With or without BPO experience (3+ months is an advantage)

  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum acceptable)

  • Strong English communication and typing skills

  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

  • Genuine interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
