What You’ll Do as a Nonvoice Agent
As a Nonvoice Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include:

Handling text-based customer inquiries through chat or email

Assisting customers with telecom-related concerns professionally and efficiently

Providing accurate information and solutions while maintaining quality standards

Managing nonvoice escalations and ensuring timely resolution

Updating customer records and documenting interactions accurately

Meeting productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics
Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old

With or without BPO experience (3+ months is an advantage)

High School Graduate (Old curriculum acceptable)

Strong English communication and typing skills

Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
