What You’ll Do as a Premium Telco Agent
As a Premium Telco Agent, you will:
📞 Deliver exceptional customer support for premium telecommunications accounts
📱 Assist customers with inquiries about mobile plans, devices, billing, upgrades, and account services
🧾 Resolve concerns related to billing disputes, service issues, technical concerns, and account changes
⚙️ Provide accurate information on promos, data plans, add-ons, and service features
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
📝 Accurately document customer interactions and update account records
📊 Meet key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
Who We’re Looking For
Applicants must:
✔️ Be at least 18 years old
✔️ Have with or without BPO experience (Telco experience is an advantage)
✔️ Be a High School Graduate (Old curriculum accepted)
✔️ Possess good English communication skills
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
✔️ Have strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
