What You’ll Do as a Telco Account Representative
As a Premium Telco Account Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Effectively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Recognize opportunities to retain customers by presenting alternative solutions, special offers, or service upgrades that align with their needs.

Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements related to customer privacy, data security, and compliance standards.
Who We’re Looking For

High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

Willing to work onsite in Glorietta 1, Makati
