What You’ll Do as a Retail Account Representative in Makati
As a Retail Support Representative, your primary responsibility is to assist customers with their inquiries about retail products and services. Your tasks will include:

Responding to customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally

Helping customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges

Forwarding complex issues to the relevant departments when needed

Providing product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs and preferences

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

Who We’re Looking For
