Who We’re Looking For

This track is a great match if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are a High School (Old curriculum) graduate, SHS graduate, or College level/graduate
  • Have strong English communication skills, verbal or written
  • Are confident navigating online stores, apps, or delivery platforms
  • Are willing to work onsite in one of our Telesys locations
  • Are comfortable with shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
  • With or without BPO experience — retail or e-commerce background is a plus
  • Can multitask and handle fast-paced, high-volume customer concerns

Applicants with experience in physical retail, online selling, logistics coordination, or delivery apps are especially suited for this category.

Job Description:

Depending on the account, you may:

  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery times, lost packages, and logistics updates
  • Help with returns, refunds, replacements, and product concerns
  • Answer inquiries about store policies, payment issues, product details, and account settings
  • Coordinate with internal teams like warehouse, fulfillment, or courier partners
  • Handle concerns from buyers, sellers, riders, or merchants depending on the platform
  • Manage chat, email, or voice interactions based on the account’s workflow
  • Accurately record customer details, case notes, and resolutions in the CRM
