What You’ll Do as a Shipping & Logistics Account Representative

As a Shipping & Logistics Support Representative, your responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with shipping, delivery status, tracking, and order concerns
Coordinating with couriers, warehouses, and distribution teams to resolve delays
Providing updates on pick-ups, returns, dispatch, and expected delivery times
Handling escalations professionally and ensuring accurate information is provided
Processing documentation related to orders, parcels, and logistics requests
Ensuring all details are recorded accurately for inventory and tracking systems

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old
With or without BPO experience
High School Graduate (Old curriculum)
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Strong English communication and typing skills
Comfortable assisting with delivery, shipping, and tracking-related concerns
