What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll assist customers in resolving their technical concerns and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for voice and audio devices
• Providing clear, accurate technical guidance over the phone or via chat
• Diagnosing customer problems using internal tools and resources
• Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and company procedures
• Documenting customer issues and solutions accurately for future reference

This role is well-suited for tech-savvy professionals with hands-on experience in tech support or audio equipment.

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Educational background: At least 2nd year college completed, Senior High School graduate, or High School graduate (old curriculum)
• Call Center Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a voice or non-voice account (international accounts only)
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of total work experience in any industry
• Tech Background: Technical support experience is required; audio equipment experience is strongly preferred
• Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
