What You’ll Do as a Telco Account Representative (Non-Voice)

As a Telco Account Representative (Non-Voice), your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries related to telecom products and services via chat and email

• Assisting with billing, account updates, service modifications, and troubleshooting

• Providing accurate and timely responses based on company protocols

• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

• Ensuring compliance with telecom industry standards and data privacy guidelines

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

• At least 3 months of BPO experience

• Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City

• Strong English communication and typing skills

• An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
