What You’ll Do as a Healthcare Account Representative

As a Healthcare Support Representative, your responsibilities include:

Assisting patients, providers, and members with inquiries related to benefits, claims, and coverage
Reviewing medical information, insurance details, and eligibility guidelines
Processing authorization requests, appointment scheduling, and account updates
Handling sensitive health-related concerns with accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality
Coordinating with healthcare professionals, insurance teams, and internal departments
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old
With or without BPO experience (Healthcare background is a plus)
High School Graduate (Old curriculum)
Willing to work onsite in Makati
Strong English communication and analytical skills
Comfortable handling medical or insurance-related information
