What You’ll Do as a Healthcare Account Representative

As a Healthcare Support Representative, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients, providers, and members with inquiries related to benefits, claims, and coverage

• Reviewing medical information, insurance details, and eligibility guidelines

• Processing authorization requests, appointment scheduling, and account updates

• Handling sensitive health-related concerns with accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality

• Coordinating with healthcare professionals, insurance teams, and internal departments

• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or without BPO experience (Healthcare background is a plus)

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willing to work onsite in Makati

• Strong English communication and analytical skills

• Comfortable handling medical or insurance-related information
