Who We’re Looking For
You’re a great fit for Tech Support & Technology Services if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are a High School (Old curriculum) graduate, SHS graduate, or College level/graduate
- Have good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Are comfortable using computers, apps, and basic tech tools
- Are willing to work onsite in our Telesys locations
- Can work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with technical issues
- With or without BPO experience — prior tech support or telco background is a plus, but not always required
Applicants with an interest in tech, gadgets, telecom, or IT often enjoy this career path.
Technical Support Job Description
Depending on the account, you may:
- Handle inbound calls, chat, or email from customers with technical issues or product-related questions
- Assist customers with basic to moderate troubleshooting, such as connectivity issues, login problems, app errors, or device setup
- Walk customers through step-by-step instructions to resolve their concerns
- Use knowledge bases, tools, and diagnostic scripts to identify and solve issues
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-tier support when necessary
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system
Meet targets such as first call resolution, average handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction
