What You’ll Do as a Healthcare (Tech) Support Specialist

As part of the Healthcare (Tech) Account, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing tech-enabled support to healthcare clients and patients

• Assisting with system navigation, account inquiries, and troubleshooting

• Ensuring accurate documentation and data handling in compliance with healthcare standards

• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical concerns

• Maintaining a high level of empathy, professionalism, and customer care

Who We’re Looking For

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old

• With or without BPO experience (training provided)

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum), SHS Graduate, or College Level

• Willing to work onsite in Santa Mesa

• Good English communication and typing skills

• Tech-savvy and interested in healthcare support roles
