What You’ll Do as a Healthcare CSR

As a Healthcare Account Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure precise and transparent communication about healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointment scheduling.

• Promptly and effectively address customer concerns, including billing issues, insurance claims, and service-related complaints.

• Accurately record and update patient details in the healthcare management system.

• Inform customers of any updates or modifications to healthcare policies, procedures, or insurance plans.

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or Without experience

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig

• Strong English communication and typing skills

• An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
