JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Account to handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for assisting members, patients, or healthcare clients with benefits, coverage, claims, and general healthcare-related support.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for healthcare account call center jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer service inquiries and healthcare-related concerns
  
• Assist members with benefits, coverage, and eligibility inquiries
  
• Support customers with claims, billing, and account-related issues
  
• Provide accurate information on healthcare services and policies
  
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  
• Document all customer interactions in the system
  
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
  
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING

This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required
  
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
  
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
  
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Strong customer service orientation
  
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
