JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for call center jobs in Manila and BPO opportunities with at least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience, offering strong growth potential and career development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound customer service inquiries and concerns
• Assist customers with general account and service-related questions
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Open to career shifters with relevant experience
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
