JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account to handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with telecommunications-related services such as billing, account concerns, service issues, and technical troubleshooting.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for telco account call center jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with 1 month experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound customer service inquiries and telco-related concerns
• Assist customers with billing, account, and service issues
• Provide troubleshooting support for basic connectivity and service problems
• Process account changes, updates, and service requests
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
• With atleast 1 month BPO Experience
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
