JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Travel Account to handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will assist customers with travel-related services such as bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel support.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for travel account call center jobs in Manila and BPO opportunities with at least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience, offering strong career growth and development opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer service inquiries and travel-related concerns
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes
• Provide accurate information on travel schedules, policies, and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING

This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Open to career shifters with relevant experience
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
