What You’ll Do as a Financial CSR
As a Financial Account , your key responsibilities will include:

Handle inbound calls for banking, credit card, and financial account inquiries

Assist customers with account verification, payments, transactions, and account updates

Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services
-
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
-
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
-
Meet performance targets in quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old

With 1 year experience

High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila

Strong English communication and typing skills

An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
