As a Financial Services Support Representative, your responsibilities include:

Handling disputes, validations, and sensitive financial concerns with confidentiality
Supporting customers through email, chat, or phone depending on account assignment
Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and company policies
Maintaining high accuracy and proper documentation

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old
With or without BPO experience
High School Graduate (Old curriculum)
Willing to work onsite in Cubao
