What You’ll Do as a Financial Account Representative

As a Financial Services Support Representative, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries related to billing, payments, account updates, and financial transactions

• Providing accurate information about services, fees, and account status

• Handling disputes, validations, and sensitive financial concerns with confidentiality

• Supporting customers through email, chat, or phone depending on account assignment

• Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and company policies

• Maintaining high accuracy and proper documentation

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or without BPO experience

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willing to work onsite in Cubao

• Strong English communication skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable handling financial-related concerns and data-sensitive tasks
