Who We’re Looking For

This track is ideal if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are a High School (Old curriculum) graduate, SHS graduate, or College level/graduate
  • Have strong English communication skills, especially for explaining complex information clearly
  • Are empathetic, patient, and comfortable with sensitive topics
  • Are willing to work onsite in one of our Telesys locations
  • Can work on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Are comfortable following strict procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
  • With or without BPO experience — healthcare or insurance background is a strong advantage

Applicants with medical billing, nursing, pharmacy, caregiving, or insurance experience (even outside BPO) are especially suitable.

Healthcare Account Bpo Job Description

Depending on the account, you may:

  • Assist patients or members with questions about benefits, co-pays, coverage details, or policy limits
  • Help resolve concerns related to claims status, eligibility checks, or medical billing
  • Guide customers in updating account information, verifying identity, or navigating their healthcare portal
  • Handle chat, email, or voice support, depending on the assigned workflow
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as claims specialists, billing departments, or provider networks
