What You’ll Do as a Retail Account CSR
As a Retail CSR, your key responsibilities will include:

Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Help customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges.

Forward complex issues to the relevant departments when needed.

Provide product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years old

With or Without experience

High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

Willingness to work onsite in Makati

Strong English communication and typing skills

An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
