What You’ll Do as a Retail Account CSR

As a Retail CSR, your key responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Help customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges.

• Forward complex issues to the relevant departments when needed.

• Provide product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old

• With or Without experience

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum)

• Willingness to work onsite in Makati

• Strong English communication and typing skills

• An interest in the telecom industry and non-voice support roles
