JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account to handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with telecommunications-related services such as billing, account concerns, service issues, and technical troubleshooting.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for telco account call center jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level customer service positions with career growth opportunities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries and telco-related concerns
- Assist customers with billing, account, and service issues
- Provide troubleshooting support for basic connectivity and service problems
- Process account changes, updates, and service requests
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
- Atleast 6 months BPO experience
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
